A-D Bikes Sustainability Program

The A-D Bikes Sustainability Program allows you to turn your old A-D and any other cycling old gear into cash that you can use to buy a new A-D or buy something else. A-D Bikes Buyback Program
The A-D Bikes Buyback Program allows the owner of a new, used or damaged A-D frame set to send it back for a fair market value cash payment. A-D Bikes Crash Replacement Program
The A-D Bikes Crash Replacement Program allows the original owner of an A-D that has been damaged as a result of a crash to return it in exchange for a discount toward a new frame set. This is a lifetime program.

A-D Bikes Choice Program
The A-D Bikes Choice Program provides prospective buyers with sizing, component group and wheel set recommendations and a cost estimate for a fully built A-D. We can source parts and build it for you if you would like, but it is better for you to Build Your Own Damn Bike.

A-D Bikes warranty
Frames, forks and seat posts carry a two-year warranty to the original owner against manufacturer defects. Hangers are not included.

Warranty process
Please contact A-D Bikes via email or telephone to obtain a Return Authorization number. The item will be inspected and if it is found to be eligible for a warranty, A-D Bikes will replace the item and return it to you postage paid. The owner is responsible for the cost of shipping the item to A-D Bikes and is required to use a trackable shipping service (FedEx, UPS or USPS Priority Mail). If A-D Bikes is unable to replace the item to the exact specification, the warranty will nevertheless be honored with an equivalent or better item.
